Story of Shahid (2013)

Shahid is a true story of slain human rights activist and lawyer Shahid Azmi, who was killed in 2010 by unidentified assailants in his office. The story of shahid movie is about his life, starting from the moment when he was attempted to be a terrorist. Then he was wrongly imprisoned under a draconian anti-terrorism law just because of his name and religion. Then he becomes a lawyer and champion of human rights particularly for Muslim minorities in India.
